一、What isVickery Auctions？
Vickery auction means that all bidders bid through sealed bids, and the highest bidder wins the bid, and only needs to pay the second highest price among all bids for the domain name。
二、What isSecond highest price？
Example: For the same domain name, user A bids 1,000 yuan, user B bids 1,000 yuan, and user C bids 900 yuan, the highest price is 1,000 yuan, and the second highest price is 900 yuan. The same price is regarded as the price of the same level, and the price must be different and ranked second to be regarded as the second highest price。
三、What isSealed bid？
All bids during the bidding period are confidential to other users, and within 3 days of the end of the bidding period, sellers and participating bidders can view all bids for the domain name。
四、Bid Rules
1、 Bid
域名竞价期间，买家可按照心理预算对域名出价。出价成功后不支持取消，如需修改可选择对域名再次出价，出价成功后系统将以最后一次出价的价格和时间为准。
2、 Bid Freeze earnest money
The bid freeze deposit is bid amount * 10%, the lower limit of freezing is 20 yuan, and the upper limit is 1,000 yuan。
3、Bid Time
The end time is subject to the end time selected by the user. Before the end of the bidding time, all users can participate in the bidding。
五、Winning rules
The highest bidder will win, and if the highest bid is the same, the user with the highest bid will win the bid and pay only the second highest bid. If there is no second highest bid or the second highest bid does not reach the reserve price, the transaction will be aborted by default.。
Special Circumstances：
There is no second highest price for the domain name and your bid reaches the reserve price. If you agree to sell at the reserve price, you can tick Agree when bidding. If you don't tick the box, the auction will be rejected by default。
